Bryan M. Rowan

Mr. Rowan specializes in quantitative analytics, capital planning and financing strategies, transaction execution and PFC & AIP program implementation and administration.

Mr. Rowan has worked in the aviation industry for eleven years and in airport finance for ten. He has experience guiding clients through complex capital development projects, assisting in financial modeling and analysis, business plan development and airline facility lease negotiations. Notable recent advisory work of this nature includes the $1.2B expansion of the privately developed and operated Terminal 4 at JFK Airport and the $3.6B redevelopment program at LaGuardia Airport that includes the P3 redevelopment and operation of the Central Terminal Building. Mr. Rowan also has significant experience in the preparation of federal funding and grant applications for several clients, including PANYNJ, San Diego, Myrtle Beach and Long Beach airports. Prior to joining FRASCA, Mr. Rowan was the Director of Marketing for an aviation charter and management company.

Mr. Rowan received a B.S. cum laude in Aeronautics and Applied Mathematics from Dowling College with a minor in Aviation Management.
